Management Team

RF Culbertson is the consummate entrepreneur. He has successfully started and led three companies, including the world's largest supplier of fixed-asset based management and accounting software, LeaseTek. Mr. Culbertson earned three degrees, two at the Masters Level and one Baccalaureate, from Carnegie Mellon University. He is in his 10th year as Professor of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University, and is also a demanded speaker in engagements throughout the world.

Wayne Scholar has a great deal of experience building and evolving disruptive technologies. As an engineer and entrepreneur by background, Mr. Scholar is no stranger to leading teams and architecting technologies from the ground up. His experience ranges from larger organizations such as Deloitte & Touche and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to more entrepreneurial firms such as BeFree and VentureBeginnings. Mr. Scholar holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
