GetAbby Lead Tracking is a combination of Phone Call Tracking, Internet Lead Tracking, & an Artificial Intelligence Engine developed at Carnegie Mellon University. Abby can track leads from source through conversion, automate repetitive tasks, place phone calls, hold conversations, and input data into CRM systems.

GetAbbyLead Tracking is a combination of three core functions:

1. - Lead Tracking & Analysis
  • First Abby will help you assign unique phone numbers to each marketing material and point of contact you have with customers so you know where all of your leads are coming from, and what they’re costing you
    • Abby can even load unique phone numbers on your website to track leads back to the referring source or search engine keyword
    • Abby also provides Call Me Now click to call buttons to increase traffic conversion, capture lead information, and connect leads directly to the appropriate sales rep.
  • Abby then captures all call tracking data including customer name, #, address & demographic data + Full Call Recordings. Abby can also input any of this information directly into CRM systems
  • Abby can monitor calls using advanced voice recognition technology, and can automatically send MP3's of problem calls directly to management.
2. - Converting Web Leads into Phone Leads
  • Whenever an internet lead enters your CRM system, Abby will call the appropriate Sales Rep, notify them of the lead information, then connect them with the customer at the push of a button.
